Top sertaaanya participation at INTERPHEX JAPAN 2013 exhibition ago in Tokyo, Kawasaki Heavy Industries reportedly has introduced a robotic arm MSR05 made entirely of stainless steel with the world's first seven different movement patterns.
Intended for industrial drug discovery and pharmaceutical fields, the robotic arm can automate experiments using hazardous chemicals though.
And even thanks to its body is made entirely of stainless steel, making the robot arm can be sterilized using hydrogen peroxide gas before it is operated in a sterile environment.
As a follow-up on its success, the Kawasaki even has plans to launch a robotic arm MSR05 in January next year.
